Return/ Exchange/ Cancellation/ Refund Policy

 

  • Please record an unboxing video when you receive the Shining Halo package. If there are any issues like a damaged or missing product, or receiving the wrong item, submit the video with your return/exchange claim to help us assist you better.
  • If you are unsatisfied, you may request a return/ exchange within 24 hours of delivery. You can request a return through your account by simply logging in if you already have an account or create a new one using the same email ID used for the order. Select the “Return/ Exchange” option, and we’ll arrange a pickup from your doorstep.
  • We will initiate a return/ exchange pickup request on your behalf. However, in the unlikely event that reverse shipping service is unavailable, the customer will need to return the products in their original packaging to our address.
  • If you receive a product in poor condition or notice that the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse the package and return it to the delivery person. Additionally, please email us at care@shininghalo.co.in with your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand-new replacement is issued to you at no additional cost.

 

Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Return requests must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Returns are not accepted for customized or final sale items.
  • Please provide the product at pickup for return or exchange otherwise, you must self-ship it.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • For hygiene purposes, earrings and any other jewellery that pierces the skin cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged during transit.
  • Custom-made, personalized items, as well as items purchased on sale, are non-returnable.

 

Refund Policy

Full Order Returns:

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Partial Order Returns:

  • Store credits will be added to your Shining Halo Wallet for the returned items and can be applied toward future purchases.

Refund Exceptions:

  • We maintain the right to decline refund or return requests if the item shows any signs of wear, damage, or alteration by the customer.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by an error on our part (e.g., an incorrect or defective item).
  • We do not offer refunds or replacements for stolen or unclaimed packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. Responsibility shifts to the recipient upon delivery. Please ensure accurate shipping details and a secure delivery location.

 

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges depend on product availability; a credit note will be issued if the product is unavailable.
  • We will dispatch the replacement product within 5-7 business days.
  • Exchanges will not be accepted for customized products.
  • If you exchange your product for one of higher value, we’ll provide a coupon for the returned item’s amount. Use it during checkout and pay the remaining balance on your next order.
  • If you wish to exchange your product for one of lower value, we will ship the new product upon receipt and issue the balance as a credit note for future purchases.
  • Return or exchange of exchanged products is not allowed.
  • Discount coupons will not be applicable on exchange orders.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • Customers can cancel the order before the product is shipped by contacting customer service at care@shininghalo.co.in or calling +91 9594117588.
  • A full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 2-3 business days of cancellation confirmation.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, customers are welcome to initiate a return or exchange under our Return Policy. Please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable.
